Positive: La habitación está muy bien, le falta quizá una pantalla y streaming o cable. Negative: Demasiados trámites para el alquiler y la liberación de las claves, el trato del encargado de origen argentino, pésimo, desde el interphone para accesar con pésima actitud.

Positive: Staff were super helpful and friendly. I arrived at an awkward time, and got all the help and support needed. Perfect location.

Good location for a stop in CDMX but... Positive: We have visited the place twice and I will rate it twice as these were two different experiences. Very good contact with the host. Apartment located in a great spot of Condessa, just a few minutes away from Hipodrom & Ave.Amsterdam but yet in a quiet neighbourhood, no problems with sleeping. There are several apartments available in Nomadier, widely varying in standard. Definitely, you can't beat the price for a night. Well-equipped kitchen with all you need for breakfast and more. If you like to have a breakfast outside you will find many options just around the corner, I would recommend Tierra Garat. Negative: During first visit, we arrived in the middle of a night and were placed at Sigma apartment. Very, very small room with a toilet outside under the stairs. Good enough for few hours stay but would not recommend for longer periods. All apartments not equipped with AC which could be tough during summer.

Hemos tenido ruido de obras durante todo el día, y muchos ruidos por la noche. Tampoco hemos podido utilizar las zonas comunes por estar ocupadas y el cuarto de baño de forma limitada

Positive: Great location, helpful, friendly staff, very reasonable price, kitchen & laundry available Negative: The rooms vary in size a great deal and we inadvertently choose the smallest room which was too small for us after my spouse dislocated his shoulder. The staff was able to give us a larger room for one night, but be aware the rooms vary a great deal in size. The bathrooms are also very small, but there is hot water!
