Would definetely stay there again if I am ever back in CDMX. Positive: The host was a real host - took a great care of me after I arrived completely exhausted and half functioning. Took me to a great nearby restaurant, found me a table and even returned with an umbrella once it started pouring. Have not experienced such lovely treatment in any other hotels. The room was also great - the air was purified, humidified and air conditioned! The building also came with a fully equipped kitchen, and the location is super. Negative: The shower was a bit tricky to figure out at first, but got there in the end. Maybe its needs some instructions.

Brilliant staff and location, perfect stay for your Mexico City adventures! Positive: AMAZING and helpful staff!! They went above and beyond to help us and provided many recommendations for our stay. The room and bed were so comfortable too! Negative: Nothing! :)

Fijn verblijf met behulpzaam personeel op een top locatie Positive: Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! De locatie is super. Alle mankementen zijn keurig opgelost en top bereikbaar via whatsapp! Negative: Onze eerste kamer was enorm gehorig, die zat direct bij binnenkomst. De kamer was verder prima, maar aangezien we een enorme jetlag hadden was onze nachtrust erg van belang en konden we gelukkig naar een andere kamer, super opgelost! Zodra je geboekt hebt krijg je contact met een chatbot, hierdoor krijg je superveel een goede informatie, alleen iemand “echt” spreken lukte niet. Zodra we ingecheckt waren kon dit gelukkig wel en zijn we met alles super geholpen, dankjewel Yosef! En Gerry ook bedankt, ondanks de taalbarrière een vrolijke en sociale verschijning!
