Overall was a good value. Very nice hoster and great communication. Little further away from public transportation than Positive: Good location and people are very nice Negative: Here and there few hardware issues

3/10 experience Positive: The location only. Negative: I strongly recommend to go to another place. Here the facts: 1. The picture is not close to reality 2. The room was in really bad shape. Windows damaged or dirty, no AC, ceilings with several damage, non suitable floors. 3. It seems the room was not well refurnished and they just put a bed and some hotel like appliances. 4. Hygiene: water leak on the shower, dirty shampoo and air conditioner stations. 5. Co living worst experience at almost the same price as any 3 star hotel. Final outcome: the property needs to invest good money to make the building suitable for business other than that please avoid this place and invest in a hotel with correct accommodations
